Scope

This notice applies to the Kablo coming-soon website. Camp and Nest are still in development. This website has no app accounts, bookings, messaging service or newsletter registration.

Visiting this website

When your browser requests a page or image, technical information such as your IP address, requested address, date and time, browser details and response status is transmitted to the hosting service. This supports page delivery, security and error diagnosis. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Hosting: OpenAI Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. This website does not maintain its own access-log database. Infrastructure providers may retain operational data as needed to provide and secure their services and meet legal obligations; their privacy information explains the applicable retention criteria.

The infrastructure providers operate internationally. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their privacy information describes transfer arrangements and safeguards.

Cookies and external content

The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage, analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts or embedded third-party media. English and German are separate pages; selecting a language changes the page address.

Contact by email

Email links open your email application. We receive your email address and any information you choose to send. We use it to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to other messages. Email is processed using IONOS mail services. Correspondence is retained as needed to deal with the enquiry; applicable statutory retention duties may require longer storage. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Contact us at the address above.
